Fall Farmers & Makers Market!

October 2, 2021 - 11am to 5pm

Come join us and experience the fall colours in the Valley at our fall Farmers' & Makers' market!  There will be a selection of great local farmers and makers bringing their goods to the farm as well as lots of wool products from our Icelandic sheep.  Stay tuned for more info.

New!  2021 Lamb Sponsorship - Now Open

Interested in sponsoring one of our 2021 lambs?  This is a unique opportunity to help support slow, local fashion and to learn about the incredible properties of wool.  Better for the environment, the animals and you!  You'll learn about our sheep and after the fall shearing, take home some fibre from your sponsored lamb.  This is only available for 4 of our 2021 lambs.

What do you get for your sponsorship?

  • Name the lamb you're sponsoring - name must start with the letter K.
  • Receive a certificate of sponsorship for 2021.
  • Private 1 hr. farm tour for you and up to 4 of your family or friends.  Meet and interact with the sheep and the lamb you have sponsored.
  • Picture of your sponsored lamb.
  • Video of your sponsored lamb being sheared in the fall of 2021.
  • Depending on the level of sponsorship you choose, after your sponsored lamb is sheared, you will receive either: 2 skeins of lopi yarn made from the lambs fleece OR a custom hand knit hat made with the lopi yarn from the lambs fleece OR the full raw fleece from the lamb.

Spring pop-up mini-market!

March 27, 2021 - 12pm to 5pm

Come join us in the barn for our first pop-up Farmers' & Makers' market of 2021.  There will be a selection of fibre, fleece, and wool products from our Icelandic sheep.  Infiknit Love will be joining us with their amazing knitwear and fibreworks.  Carver, Emile Gaudet will be showcasing some of his beautiful wood carvings.  There will also be sheep cheese, freezer lamb and a limited of quantity of our freshly made maple syrup.
